I purchased this product to go with the original game, which I already own. It arrived in a very timely fashion. As I was sorting through the cards I noticed I was missing a mastermind card. I contacted customer service via e-mail. I received a response promptly stating I would receive my replacement card in 2-3 weeks. I received my card a week after the e-mail response. I have nothing but good to say regarding both Upper Deck and their products that I have purchased. (Posted on 6/2/14)
