Following in the footsteps of many of his peers, Adam Cole decided to become the next lifelong professional wrestler to make the jump to AEW. He hit the scene with an electric debut on September 5, 2021, at AEW’s All Out pay-per-view event in Chicago. Coming to AEW with tons of experience and connections within the industry, Cole was fortunate enough to reunite with his real world girlfriend and fellow AEW wrestler Britt Baker. He was even able to link back up with his former stablemates Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson in an effort to join their new stable, The Elite.
