Alex Alcalá is an up-and-coming soccer player that figures to be a household name in the future. The promising young prospect began playing for his hometown Stockton TLJ FC Rebels at just the age of seven and immediately turned heads, earning him visits to Manchester City at just nine years old. His speed and dribbling ability stood out among other talents. After one year of high school, Alcalá joined the LA Galaxy Academy in 2020, then signed professionally with the LA Galaxy II at 15 years old in 2021. He showed so much promise that he was named an MLS Next All Star before even playing a game. Soon after turning 18, Alcalá signed a five-year deal with Manchester City, where he has since joined their Elite Development Squad. He has all the makings to be a star in international soccer and has the potential to be the next Manchester City great.
