Anthony Davis Autographed “2-8-24” 20x24

2/8/24 was a special night for the city of Los Angeles and the Lakers organization. It was a perfectly symbolic night to honor the late Gianna Bryant (wore #2 in basketball) and father Kobe Bryant (wore #8 and #24 for the Lakers). The Lakers unveiled a statue for Kobe on this night while the team wore special Kobe warmup shirts and the 2017-18 Black Mamba City Edition uniforms for this special occasion. Lakers superstar center Anthony Davis honored the Bryants with a monster performance in front of the Los Angeles home crowd. Against the defending NBA Champion Denver Nuggets, Davis led all players with 32 points, while also recording 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 4 blocks. He spoke before the game about the high emotions that would be in play this game due to his relationship with Kobe and how he looked up to him as a mentor during the Olympics. The Bryant family will always have a huge place in the Lakers community, and the champion Anthony Davis helped carry on that legacy.
