At the inaugural pay-per-view event produced by AEW – “Double or Nothing” – at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on 5/25/19, Rhodes defeated his half-brother Dustin Rhodes. Competing as Cody, he defeated Brodie Lee to win the TNT Championship in a Dog Collar match on a 10/7/20 episode of “Dynamite,” beginning his second reign with the championship.
