The first two seasons of Darius Garland’s NBA career were filled with high-quality individual moments but a whole lot of losses. In his debut season of 2019-20, he started 59 games, losing 42 of them. The 2020-21 season saw Garland start 50 games in the bubble. The Cavaliers would end up winning just 18 of them. That meant through Garland’s first 31 starts of 2021-22, the Cavs went 19-12. During that impressive turnaround, the talented point guard had 11 double-doubles and his first career triple-double.
