Iga Swiatek’s first three Roland Garros victories are a testament to her dominance on clay and her rise to the top of women's tennis. Her 2020 victory was her breakthrough victory as she claimed the title at just 19 years old. Swiatek became the first Polish player to win a Grand Slam singles title and the youngest player to win the Roland Garros since 1990. In 2022, Swiatek returned to Paris as the No. 1 and favorite to win the tournament. She did not disappoint as she absolutely dominated without losing a set. In 2023, she battled through some tough matches but came out victorious becoming the first woman to defend the Roland Garros title since 2007.
