Jalen Johnson has been a player that people have been excited about since a young age. The Wisconsin native made an immediate impact as a freshman at Sun Prairie High School, scoring over 15 points per game. After transferring for his junior season, Johnson helped lead Nicolet High School to a Division 2 State Championship. His excellent high school career earned him a consensus five-star rating and he was recognized as a top 15 recruit in the nation, while being selected to play in the Jordan Brand Classic. Johnson played his lone college season for the Duke Blue Devils, averaging double digit points per game. Still seen as an exciting prospect, the forward was drafted with the 20th overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks. With the Hawks, Johnson has shown why he was a first-round pick, including two playoff appearances. The 2023-24 season was a big breakout year for him, where he took a big step and averaged 16 points and 8.7 rebounds per game, while recording his first career triple-double.
