Details
Coming out of the University of Michigan as part of the Fab Five, one of the most heralded teams ever assembled, Jalen Rose had a lot of expectations coming into the NBA. The Denver Nuggets selected the Detroit native in the first round of the 1994 NBA Draft with the 13th overall pick. Rose found immediate success as he contributed to a playoff team and was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team. His career really took off after a trade to the Indiana Pacers. In the 1999-2000 season, Rose led the Pacers in scoring with 18.2 points per game and helped lead the team to their first NBA Finals appearance while also being named the NBA’s Most Improved Player. He kept improving his numbers after a trade to the Chicago Bulls and reached a career high of 22.1 points per game in the 2002-03 season. Rose was later traded to the Toronto Raptors where he was a veteran leader and continued to put up solid numbers. No matter where Jalen Rose went, he was always a reliable scorer that could help any team he was on.
This image is autographed by Jalen Rose with a silver paint pen. Rose’s signature was witnessed by an Upper Deck representative as part of UDA’s 5-step authentication process.
