Jalen Rose attended Southwestern High School in Detroit, Michigan where he was able to make a name for himself. After being a high school star, he found himself attending the University of Michigan to play NCAA Division 1 basketball. Rose ended up making history with his time in Michigan. He was a part of the famous “Fab Five” which consisted of the first-ever group of five freshmen starters to play in the NCAA Championship.
