As part of the annual NBA All-Star Game Weekend, the Three-Point Contest is one of the most popular events among fans because it usually comes down to the last few shots to determine a winner. In the late 1980s and throughout the '90s, there were few shooters more consistent from long distance than Mark Price. Representing the Cleveland Cavaliers, Price captured the trophy in both the '93 and '94 events. Participating in his third career 3-Point Shootout, Price edged Blazers guard Terry Porter in the final, 16-15, to win the event in Salt Lake City. The next night, he scored 19 points on an All-Star Game record six shots from beyond the arc for the East. The next year's event was in Minneapolis, and again Price gave the fans what they were looking for, this time setting a final-round record with 24 points. That mark wouldn't be beaten until 13 years later and was only matched by Jason Kapono before the final score maximum was increased in 2014. After winning that shooting title, Price scored 20 points the next night as the East cruised to a 127-118 win in the ASG. In this image, Price is shooting over the outstretched arm of Bulls forward Scottie Pippen. Price has signed this Jumper 8" x 10" image in silver paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five Step Process.
