Maxwell Jacob Friedman made his AEW debut on 5/25/19 during the pre-show of the Double Or Nothing event. He made a tremendous splash in his debut, competing in a 21-man Casino Battle Royale that was won by Adam Page. He was later crowned the winner of the inaugural Dynamite Diamond Ring. Friedman is the leader of the villainous “The Pinnacle,” which includes Tully Blanchard, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Shawn Spears and Wardlow. Hailing from Long Island, Friedman is often considered every city’s worst enemy.
