Patrick Roy is recognized as one of the greatest goaltenders in NHL history, and his career started with a successful stint with the Montreal Canadiens. With only one game played in the 1984-85 season, Roy truly had his rookie season in 1985-86 where he instantly emerged on the scene at 20 years old and was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team.
