Radioactive Legacy

This unique letterpress print features imagery formed verbatim from pages 2 and 3 of Marvel's Amazing Fantasy #15. This is the moment when Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider, transforming him into Spider-Man. Designed by acclaimed kinetic typography artist TEKSTartist "aka" Jason Markow.

Though this print is formed using the iconic quote at his point of origin, it depicts the Spider-Man we know and love; the web-swinging superhero that keeps the city safe.

The print run of the variant version is limited to 100 hand-numbered pieces. Each print is accompanied with a UDA authenticated artist autograph and COA. The variant version shines with hand-set Foil Elements throughout, making for a unique viewing experience depending on the lighting and viewing angle. The limited edition Letterpress print measures 19"  tall and 13" wide and would be a wonderful addition to any Spider-Man collection!

About the Artist:
TEKSTartist is an iconic kinetic typography artist. On the surface his work looks like striking graphic designs, but as you look closer you see that each piece is composed entirely of text. What appear to be brush strokes give way to letters forming words. These words in his artwork are typically inspired by quotes, song lyrics, book passages, or movies that are relevant to his design.
