Reggie Bush Autographed USC Trojans 2004 National Champions Sports Illustrated Cover Print

2004 was a monster season for Reggie Bush and the USC Trojans, one that put him on the map in college football. Coming off a freshman campaign in which he set a USC freshman record with 1,331 all-purpose yards to help lead to a first-team Freshman All-American selection and AP National Championship, the running back and team had high expectations coming into 2004. Bush made a big impression right away, recording 127 receiving yards and three touchdowns on just five receptions in a season-opening win against the Virginia Tech Hokies. He continued to have a dominant season and saved his best outing for the last regular season game. Against the crosstown rival UCLA Bruins, Bush ran for 204 yards and two touchdowns to go with an additional 73 receiving yards in a 29-24 win to improve the Trojans’ record to 12-0. With 106 yards from scrimmage, Bush helped USC take down the Oklahoma Sooners in a 55-19 rout in the BCS National Championship Game to take home his second championship in as many years. He was named a consensus All-American while finishing fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting that year.
