A 5-star recruit out of high school, Scoot Henderson opted to forego college and reclassified to the 2021 class to play professionally with the G League Ignite. In Henderson’s first season with the Ignite he did not disappoint, averaging almost 15 points per game with just under 5 rebounds per game.  Henderson has improved his scoring numbers in his second season, scoring over 21 points per game while getting assists at a higher rate, with over 5 assists per game. With impressive performances in his young playing career, the name Scoot Henderson may be a big name in the NBA in future years.
