Sky Brown was born to compete. Ever since turning professional at the age of ten, the skateboarder has done nothing but perform in the highest profile competitions in the world. In 2019, Brown competed in the World Skateboarding Championships and took home the bronze medal in the park competition while still only ten. Ever since, she has continued to succeed with a silver and gold medal in the Dew Tour, two gold medals in the X Games, and a bronze medal in her first Olympics. Brown’s most recent win is her biggest to date, as she returned to the World Skateboarding Championships in 2023 and secured the gold medal there, a huge step towards earning her qualification in the 2024 Olympics. With more experience under her belt, Brown has her sights set on building upon her success and reaching Olympic gold, setting the tone for years to come in her career.
