First introduced as a “Statement” Edition jersey in the 2018-2019 season this jersey was brought back as the Warriors City Edition jersey for the 2019-2020 season, just with minor color changes from the 2018-2019 version. The front of the jersey features the callout “The Town” as well as the logo of the city of Oakland, paying tribute to the Oakland community and its support for the Warriors where the Warriors played their home games for nearly 50 years before moving back to San Francisco in 2018. The jerseys, while worn only on a select few number of games during the 2019-2020 season have been a hit, as has been Curry since he started with the Warriors in Oakland and now as he continues with them in San Francisco.
