There are many reasons Sting is regarded by multiple people as the most iconic wrestler of all time. While he is known for his signature face paint, scorpion logo and dark outfits, The Icon’s performance in the ring is what has earned him legend status. Even while signing with AEW in his 60s, Sting still put his expertise on display and showed he still had what made him one of the greatest ever. Regularly being featured in tag team matches, Sting would often use what he called the “Double Scorpion Death Lock” move pictured in this design, among his many iconic moves. He experienced nothing but success in his AEW stint with an undefeated 29-0 record and retiring as a AEW World Tag Team Champion with Darby Allin in 2024. Sting’s prominence in the wrestling industry will always be remembered, and his tenure with AEW only further cemented his legacy.
