Drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers on June 20, 2019 out of Iowa State University Talen Horton-Tucker is one of the NBA’s brightest up-and-coming stars today. In Tucker’s first season with the Lakers he would help them win the 2020 NBA Championship. On a personal performance level Tucker would notch a career high 40 points on April 7, 2022 against the Golden State Warriors only to top that with a new career high 41 points for the Utah Jazz in a 128-117 win over the San Antonio Spurs on March 29, 2023. As the 2023-2024 season kicks off Tucker will be changing from number 0 to number 5, with that he will also look to build on his strong past performances in a starting role for the Jazz.
