In her limited time with AEW, Toni Storm has been nothing short of dominant. She has shined in her first year, beginning her AEW career in March 2022 with a victory in a qualifier match for the Owen Hart Cup and eventually reaching the semifinals. This victory was just the beginning of Storm’s road to a 27-5 overall record in 2022. Her most significant moment of 2022 came in September when she won her first AEW Women’s World Championship at All Out in. Storm was able to defend her title for a total of 76 days. This success is nothing new to Storm, as she was recognized as the #7 Women’s Wrestler of the Year in 2018 by Sports Illustrated and the #13 female wrestler in 2019 by Pro Wrestling Illustrated.
