Wayne Gretzky Autographed Vintage Throwback Red Mitchell & Ness 1999 All-Star Game Jersey

Playing in his 18th and final All-Star Game Wayne Gretzky made it an All-Star Game to remember. Gretzky, at 37 years old, would captain Team North America as they would take on Team World. Wearing their red uniforms with the NHL Sheild emblazoned on the front, Gretzky would lead North America to an 8-6 victory, scoring a goal and adding 2 assists in the game. Gretzky’s three points were the most points of anyone in the game and earned him his third All-Star Game MVP award. Gretzky would finish his final season with the Rangers with a total of 9 Goals and 53 Assists (62 points), he would be inducted into the Hall of Fame on November 22, 1999, just 7 months after his final game, the league waiving the normal three-year waiting period for Hall of Fame inductees as a tribute to his special career.
