Serena Williams Autographed Framed Sports Illustrated "Sportsperson of the Year" 16 x 20

Sports Illustrated has been at the forefront of sport since its inception in 1954. While showcasing the best in sports writing and sports photography has been its specialty, the magazine is also well-known for awarding its annual Sportsperson of the Year to the athlete (or team) 'whose performance that year most embodies the spirit of sportsmanship and achievement.' Only two women had won the award on a solo basis until 2015 when Serena Williams captured the famous honor as she won three Grand Slam titles and captured her second career 'Serena Slam' that year. Amazingly she finished the year as the oldest female player to be ranked No. 1 in the Open era. Here is a reprint of the SI cover from 12/21/15.
