Details

Mike Tyson, also known as “The Baddest Man on the Planet”, had one of the most successful boxing careers in the history of the sport. Tyson made his professional debut in 1985 at the age of 18 when he would knock out Hector Mercedes in the first round. Shortly after, at the age of 20, Tyson would defeat Trevor Berbick to become the world heavyweight champion in 1986, making him the youngest boxer to ever hold the title. Tyson holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA, and IBF world heavyweight titles. Tyson’s final professional fight came in 2005 against Kevin McBride, he would retire after the fight thus ending a 20-year career in professional boxing. Tyson was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 2011.

This pair of Everlast boxing gloves is autographed by Mike Tyson. Tyson’s signature was witnessed by an Upper Deck representative as part of UDA’s 5-step authentication process.
