Mats Sundin Autographed “Captain Mats” 20x24

Drafted by the Quebec Nordiques first overall in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft, Mats Sundin would play 18 seasons in the NHL for three different teams, 13 of those 18 seasons Sundin would play for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Acquired by trade by the Maple Leafs on June 28, 1994, Sundin would quickly turn into one of the organization’s most premier players. After posting a 41 goal, 94-point season, the second highest point total of his career, during the 1996-97 season, Sundin would earn himself the role of team captain the following season and would hold the title until his final season with the Leafs in 2007-08. Since joining the Maple Leafs during the 1994-95 season, Sundin would be Toronto’s leading scorer for eight consecutive seasons and nine of his first ten seasons with Toronto.
