Born in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, Matt Savoie brings an impressive resume to his first NHL team. Prior to the NHL, Savoie signed with the Winnipeg Ice in June of 2019. In his first full season with Winnipeg Savoie led all rookies in scoring with 90 points in just 65 games ranking seventh overall and third on the team.
