The 2023 NHL All-Star weekend held in South Florida was an event Suzuki will forever remember. He started the weekend off right after winning the Pitch ‘n Puck NHL All-Star Skills Challenge. In this challenge, he was tasked to compete against other hockey stars on a single par four golf course. The trick was that they were tasked with using their hockey sticks instead of golf clubs. Suzuki got a birdie on the hole, leading him to a skills challenge victory. That success for Suzuki would carry over to the ice as he scored two goals in the tournament's first game. He then went on to win the entire All-Star tournament with the Atlantic team.
