Peter Forsberg Autographed “Hockey Hall of Fame” 9x9 Plaque

Perhaps the most beloved athlete in all of Sweden, Peter Forsberg brought two Stanley Cup Championships to the Colorado Avalanche as well as two gold medals to Team Sweden’s Olympic Men’s Hockey Team. His 885 career points include 153 career playoff points (56 goals and 97 assists) and few could forget his electrifying run through the 1996 NHL Playoffs where he would go on to score 21 points in the playoffs (10 goals, 11 assists) including a Hat Trick in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. Forsberg’s heroics were not only limited to the NHL though as he would help Team Sweden to two Olympic Gold Medals including his now famous “one hand, slide in” goal move which he used to score the winning goal of the penalty shootout that decided the gold medal game for Team Sweden in the 1994 Winter Olympics.
