Shane Wright Autographed & Inscribed “2020 CHL ROY” 16x24

Coming off a 2018-2019 AAA season where he compiled a whopping 222 points across 105 games, Shane Wright looked as poised as ever to continue on his path towards greatness in entering the CHL. At just 15 years old, Wright was declared as having “exceptional status” in order to enter the draft a year early, becoming just the sixth player in Canadian hockey history to obtain this privilege. Throughout his 2019-2020 rookie campaign, Wright not only propelled the Kingston Frontenacs to a playoff qualifying record but also led the team in scoring with 66 points, broke the Kingston all-time rookie goals record with 39 goals, and was eventually voted the 2020 CHL Rookie of the Year. Wright, also named an alternate captain by the end of his rookie season, has every intention of continuing the association between CHL Rookie of the Year and NHL stardom as set forth by many greats before him like Patrick Kane and Sidney Crosby.
